It’s that time of year, the time when Little League teams across the region face off in season-ending tournaments, hopeful to stay on top and represent St. Charles Parish. “Original Party Animal” by Pallie Miller. got the most votes last week and is the June 11 weekly winner in the St. Charles Herald-Guide’s Camera Shootout 2009 photo contest. The Destrehan High School Desty Darlings dance team held their annual summer Kiddie Kamp June 1 through 5 in the school’s auditorium.
